"Parliament should cancel the stop to the statute of limitations because it is now clear that there is no time to approve any Justice reform that speeds up trials before January 1, 2020 (the date of entry into force of the new rules on the statute of limitations). Forza Italia today asked for the immediate scheduling in the Justice Commission of a single-article rule that repeals the reform of the statute of limitations approved with the Spazzacorrotti. It is unacceptable to keep a citizen 'hanging' on the delays of the State for 15 or 20 years. It is not worthy of a liberal State".
