“The prisoner is one of us”, shame on Facebook: the page that accuses the repentants, speaks badly of the police and praises silence

“We have been notified of a new shameful page on Facebook, “The prisoner is one of us”. A space where, hidden behind an apparent message of solidarity with prisoners, there are phrases against informants and the police and in favor of silence. Yet another place of criminal proselytism where despicable and illegal concepts are spread”. This is what regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli says. “Unfortunately – continues Borrelli – this is not the first case of a page that praises illegality. On social media there is a real undergrowth of spaces where delinquency is spoken of without mincing words. Pages where informants are accused and where silence is praised. For our part, we will continue the relentless fight against this type of phenomenon. We have already reported the activities of this page to the Telecommunications Police, asking them to take action”.
