“An Italian miracle – Vincenzo de Luca's definition – the fruit of intuition, work, dedication and

Not without a little emotion was the greeting from President Pignetti who recalled how the inauguration

“In these 5 years – continued the President – thanks to the constant support of the Region, we have made
the utmost commitment to provide this area with infrastructures adequate to the level of prestige of the companies

historical deficiency that over the years has negatively impacted the functionality and attractiveness of the agglomeration”.
“Interventions – the President specified – are necessary to equip this sector in view of the opportunities
resulting from the activation of the Special Economic Zone”.
On the development opportunities linked to the implementation of the measures envisaged by the special economic zone,

adequate not only for incentives, but, above all, for infrastructural interventions, inviting the new Government
to take charge of the problem.
“With only 50 million euros, which is the current financial allocation at a national level – De Luca explained – the
Zes remain a dream in the drawer".
De Luca also underlined the value of institutional cooperation in solving the problems of
territory, an invitation accepted in his speech by the Regional Councillor, Stefano Graziano:
“The experience of Cavaliere Todini, a man from the North who chooses to invest in the South, demonstrates that even in
In our territories it is possible to do business and achieve excellent results. The secret lies in the will and in the
ability to network, work together to solve problems, overcome delays and shortcomings and facilitate
in any case the activity of those who decide to invest in our territory".
The visit then continued in the consortium area of Marcianise, at the Tarì Gold Centre. The President,
Vincenzo Giannotti illustrated to De Luca the activities of the Center, which today has more than 400 companies
aggregated and become a model and point of reference for know-how and innovation, both at a national level
that international.
Strengthening of mobility infrastructures, to facilitate contact with customers, and support in
international promotion and marketing matters, to broaden the scope of the Centre's action on
global market, the issues to which Giannotti drew De Luca's attention.

both of the agglomeration and of the shopping centres: a far-reaching project with a spending commitment of
approximately thirty million euros.
President De Luca's response was positive on both issues, inviting President Pignetti to
submit the project for admission to funding in the next programming of community funds
