The Naples Forestry Carabinieri inspected a construction materials dealership in the Bagnoli neighborhood. In the forecourt, they found a truck with a cargo container full of demolition waste, and the owner was found to be without the required permits for the recovery and transportation of waste. The officers reported the man for illegal waste management and seized the company's truck. After completing their investigation, the officers noticed another truck along the same road and stopped it for inspection. The vehicle, which was carrying waste, was found to be owned by a Neapolitan construction company and was driven by a 2-year-old man from Pozzuoli. When asked by the officers, the man did not produce the waste transportation permit or the required form and was therefore charged with illegal waste transportation. The truck was seized. In Castello di Cisterna (Naples), the Carabinieri Forestry Corps (Carabinieri) from the Marigliano station (Naples) shut down an illegal car repair shop. In the yard, they observed bags full of hazardous waste, leftovers from the business, likely ready for illegal disposal. They therefore reported the two managers, a 59-year-old and a 28-year-old local man. They will be charged with joint mismanagement and misdisposal of waste, unauthorized discharge of industrial waste, and unauthorized atmospheric emissions. They were also fined more than €5. The shop and its equipment were seized. Finally, upon completion of the inspection, the officers discovered a car wash on the adjacent side street, which they determined was run by the 59-year-old man from the repair shop. The business was operating without a permit, and there was no trace of any waste records. The car wash was also seized, and the manager was again charged with unauthorized management of the business.

The child isn't unfit for transplantation, and we've asked Monaldi Hospital to get a second opinion from Bambino Gesù Hospital in Rome. I think it's normal for the trust between the child's family and Monaldi Hospital to have deteriorated somewhat. He just wants confirmation that the heart is still transplantable, so we're taking a…
