Naples. “Just a few days ago we documented the degradation of the panoramic viewpoint on Via Aniello Falcone, with waste abandoned everywhere despite the presence of containers for separate waste collection. Then we repeatedly dealt with San Martino, another kingdom of the uncivilized. Now we have once again found the state of degradation in which Via Falcone finds itself. A few days later nothing has changed: waste abandoned on the ground or on the parapets or worse, thrown onto the vegetation and the houses below. Unfortunately we must acknowledge that in Naples a real act of violence is taking place against the most panoramic places that are continually violated by people we are ashamed to call our fellow citizens”. This is what the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli says. “In the case of Via Aniello Falcone – continues Borrelli – the uncivilized do not even have the excuse of the absence of containers. The truth is that they are so lazy and cowardly that they are not capable of walking ten meters to go and deposit their waste. And so they abandon them as it happens or, worse, they throw them downstairs."
