Naples. Winds of war are blowing again in the "Lo Russo" restricted traffic zone in Miano. Officers at the Miano police station are investigating the Molotov cocktail arson attack that targeted Luigi Cifrone yesterday afternoon. The 32-year-old was not home when the attackers, arriving on a scooter, threw the Molotov cocktail into the bedroom. The flames immediately engulfed furniture and other items, and the father of the boss, who was at home, managed to escape with only minor smoke inhalation. The fire, which partially destroyed the home, was extinguished by firefighters. Police interviewed both the former boss Lo Russo and his father. They did not provide any explanations useful to the investigation. However, investigators are linking it to another attack, this time involving gunfire, which occurred in recent days on Via Miano near the IPIA. This is a disturbing sign, as Luigi Cifrone is now considered a leading figure in the Camorra in the Miano area. Connected to the Perfetto family, related to the Lo Russos, he allegedly clashed with the Balzanos.
