Naples, protests in Chiaiano council houses: elderly woman with mental disorders attacks children

For days a lady suffering from some mental deficit has been scaring minors and attacking adults, including the elderly.
“She constantly performs her naked and quite vulgar shows, in the presence of minors,” explains one of the residents, “and we are tired of it. We can’t take it anymore. Her house stinks like a landfill. We have tried to help her several times by cleaning her house and throwing away garbage and things that shouldn’t be in the house. We have asked the state police, social workers and all the possible institutions for intervention several times, with no response or with a ‘We can’t do anything about it’. In short, should our children be afraid? Or should they see things that you can’t even see in a movie? The institutions continue to be absent. We ask that someone intervene before something irreparable happens.”
