Yesterday evening, the State Police officers of the Vicaria- Mercato Police Station intervened in Vico Foglie in Carbonara, after receiving a report of a man who was illegally holding weapons and drugs in his apartment. The officers searched the home and found, inside the bathroom, a Taurus brand revolver, caliber 357 magnum, which was stolen, and 6 cartridges hidden inside the toilet cistern, and about 50 grams of cocaine hidden in a plastic bag in the sink pedestal. The man, Ciro Farina, 48 years old and already known to the police, was arrested for possession and receiving of a common firearm and possession of a narcotic substance.
