Yesterday evening, officers from the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station, traveling along Corso San Giovanni, at the height of Fumaroli crossroads, noticed a man intent on hiding a plastic bag under a vehicle parked along the road. The officers reached the man and recovered the bag, inside which was a “Bruni” mod.92 blank-firing pistol and a magazine inserted but without ammunition. The man, MR, a 38-year-old Neapolitan already known to the police, was reported for carrying weapons or objects capable of causing offence.
