As part of the "From Theater to Theater – The Culture that Unites" series, on Saturday, October 26th at 9:00 PM, the Teatro Gelsomino in Afragola will perform 'Nu Turco Napoletano.' By Eduardo Scarpetta, adapted, reduced to two acts, and directed by Antonio Vitale. The show is an experiment that showcases the synergy between professional actors and those who passionately enjoy theater.
With Antonio Vitale, Francesca Ciardiello, Antonio Dell'Isola, Antonino Guida, Mario Castiello, Margherita Nativo, Sigi Turco, Laura Alaia and Roberta Iovino.
A new staging of a classic of Neapolitan theatre that has always been too rarely performed. In this theatrical adaptation in two acts, the ending is a surprise and therefore not counted among the canonical Scarpettian ones.
The show is organized and promoted by Giuseppe Castiello, artistic director of the “Massimo Troisi” Theater in Afragola, and Antonio Giordano, president of the “La Nuova Casa” Association.
