"An opportunity to shine a spotlight on the importance of women today, but also to explore highly topical issues, starting with the role of women, which is crucial to the country's social growth. Congratulations to the Cimitile Institute for Women's Rights (CIF) for the path they have undertaken, which continues to grow year after year with the participation of outstanding figures committed to their professions." This is how Nola-based entrepreneur Francesco Napolitano commented on the cultural event promoted by the Cimitile Institute for Women's Rights (CIF), chaired by Donatella Provvisiero, scheduled from Thursday, September 26th to Sunday, September 28th, in the Cimitile Paleochristian Basilicas Complex and in the hall of Palazzo Forte. This is a far-sighted commitment by the association, which presents awards to women whose contributions have given shape, form, and value to the female universe. A three-day event featuring art, music, current affairs, and theater will present the coveted recognition to women who have distinguished themselves through their professional careers. The event kicks off on Thursday, September 26th, at 5:45 PM with an exhibition curated by Maestro Serafino Ambrosio. From 6:30 PM, a roundtable discussion moderated by journalist Ermanno Corsi will feature Franca Leosini (journalist), Maria Felicia Carraturo (world freediving champion), Daniela Poggi (actress), Maria Felicia Se Laurentis (astrophysicist), Lella Golfo (writer), Paola Marone (president of the Naples Engineers' Foundation), and Gloria Frezza (president of Airc Campania). On Friday, September 27th, the conference theme is "good schools," with a specific focus on local school leaders such as Maria Carmela Iorio, Anna Maria Silvestro, Carmela Napolitano, and Pasqualina Nappi. They will also be joined by Parliamentarian Paolo Russo and Senator Francesco Urraro. Finally, on Saturday the 28th, the event will close with a gala evening at Palazzo Forte and a tasting of typical local products, accompanied by comedy by Maria Bolignano.
"Initiatives like these," continues Francesco Napolitano, "not only strengthen the social network between organizations, but also enhance its continuity over time by encouraging commitment to the professions. This is a great opportunity for the region and for those who invest in its growth."
