From Calitri to Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, from Avella to Montecalvo passing through the capital of Irpinia. The first part of “Percorsi in Irpinia. Arte, Natura e Cultura” curated by the Province of Avellino is about to end. The project, which involves 50 municipalities in the Avellino area, offers over 50 music, theater and art events in the most beautiful and evocative places in the area, all with free admission.
The rich summer program includes the next appointment on September 13 (20,30:15 pm) at the Roman amphitheater of Avella with the eagerly awaited concert by Enzo Gragnaniello and Solis String Quartet feat. Peppe Servillo and Raiz. The first part of the project will conclude on September XNUMX with two simultaneous events: in Avellino (Corso Vittorio Emanuele) Peppe Servillo and Solis String Quartet will take the stage while in Avella (Piazza Municipio) Mario Zamma in Sbussolati will perform. Enhancement of the territory and rediscovery of the attractiveness of the province of Avellino are among the objectives of "Percorsi in Irpinia", a unique project in its kind for the quality and number of events proposed. This year, in fact, the Province, led by President Domenico Biancardi, has significantly multiplied the artistic proposal.
“As president of the Province – said Domenico Biancardi – I strongly believe in the attractive potential of the Irpinia territory and I believe that with the right strategies and quality initiatives, important results can be achieved. Percorsi in Irpinia is proving to be a concrete support for the enhancement of our splendid province with over 500 artists involved including singers, actors and performers. The public response has been great and encourages us to continue on this path”. Ebbanesis, the Clan H theatre, Marco Zurzolo, Giosi Cincotti, Mariano Bellopede, Daniela Fiorentino, Apres la Classe, Zeketem, Makardia are just some of the artists who have performed since August in the squares, courtyards and historic buildings: from the beautiful castle of Bisaccia to the historic center of Gesualdo, from Palazzo Caravita di Sirignano to Palazzo Caccese di Greci just to name a few places.
The second part of the project is expected for the Christmas period with themed guests and events.
