MUGNANO – The finals of "Primi passi per Sanremo," the national singing competition held this year in Mugnano, are underway. The event is tomorrow evening at 8:00 p.m. at the municipal theater on Via Cesare Pavese. The initiative, promoted by the Municipality and organized by the Zefiro association, will feature thirty singers from all over Italy. "We really wanted to bring a national event to our region. I thank the municipal administration for sponsoring the event and making the municipal theater available to us," explains Domenico Galardo, patron of the festival. "The biggest thanks go to the many young people who have taken on this adventure." The two winners will go directly to the Rai selections for Sanremo Giovani. "I'd like to thank the association that brought this wonderful event to Mugnano, featuring young people who want to make music their profession," emphasized Councilor Rita Esposito. "Thanks also to the Red Cross and the Radio Amateurs who cover all the events sponsored by the Municipality, ensuring they are conducted with maximum safety." Mayor Luigi Sarnataro was also present at the evening: "The number of initiatives held in our municipal theater is countless. Although we opened it less than a year ago, it has now become a hub for associations not only in Mugnano but throughout the surrounding area, which organize various cultural events there. This was our goal, and as an administration, we are proud to have achieved it."
