The Police Chief of Salerno issues five “DASpo. urban” orders and a special surveillance order. The Police Chief of Salerno, as part of the strengthening of prevention and control activities in the city and province, in collaboration with other police forces and local police, in recent days has issued some inhibitory orders against individuals habitually involved in illegal activities and therefore considered socially dangerous for the community.
In particular, after a rapid and thorough investigation by the State Police officers of the Anti-Crime Police Division, the Police Chief issued a special surveillance order, for a period of three years, against a criminal, originally from Nocera Inferiore, habitually involved in drug dealing.
Furthermore, the Police Chief issued 5 orders prohibiting access to places where illicit activities are carried out (so-called "urban DASpo"), lasting six months, against the same number of women from the provinces of Naples and Caserta, caught by the Municipal Police of Salerno practicing prostitution in the coastal area of Salerno and already recipients of the order to leave the same places for repeated similar conduct during previous checks.
