In the province of Salerno, a very particular case is emerging: a complaint has been filed against a man who falsified his paternity for a little girl, who now finds herself with two mothers and two fathers. The biological father had tried to assert his parental rights, but once he filed a complaint against the couple who are currently taking care of him and preventing him from seeing his daughter (the fruit of an illegitimate relationship), he did not realize that he had reported himself. In the end, three people were put on trial: the biological father of the little girl, the mother, and the man who falsely recognized her as his own.
It all started when two couples shared many things together, being linked by a deep friendship. However, between two members of the couples an extramarital affair starts, also dictated by the desire to have children by some members of this incredible story.
After some time, the two lovers revealed the bitter truth to the two spouses who had initially expressed the desire to raise the child together. After her birth, the baby was recognized at birth by the mother's husband but was accustomed to living in two families, in a continuous alternation of home and parents. The little girl, in practice, found herself with two fathers and two mothers.
However, complications arose when the biological father and his wife admitted to having another (legitimate) child. The balance was broken and subsequently things went from bad to bad until a complaint was filed.

MADDALONI – They threatened a peer with a knife and stole his wallet, smartphone, and electric bicycle. The two minors involved in the incident were both reported to the Juvenile Court for conspiracy to commit robbery after the intervention of the Carabinieri of the local station.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon, around 16.30pm, near a bar in via Forche Caudine, in Maddaloni, in the province of Caserta. According to the military's reconstruction, the victim, a 14-year-old boy who was with a friend, was approached by two peers. After threatening him with a knife, the two men took his personal belongings and then quickly fled.
