“Deep regret for the blocking of the work” was expressed by Vincenzo Schiavone, legal representative of Pineta Grande Spa, after the seizure notified this morning by the men of the Investigative Unit of the Carabinieri of Caserta of the construction site for the expansion of the clinic of Castel Volturno.
"The hypotheses of crime - comments Schiavone - concern urban planning violations regarding the authorizations, all of which, moreover, were communicated before the start of the works, to the authorities. I am calm and confident in the work of the judiciary with which I have always collaborated in the past and will continue to do so in the present. We will provide all the necessary clarifications to demonstrate the groundlessness of the accusation hypothesis".
