Four people died in an accident at work today around 1:00 PM on a farm in Arena Po, in the province of Pavia. Two bodies were quickly recovered; the other two required emptying the sewage settling tank where all four had ended up. The Carabinieri are investigating the incident. "Workplace safety is a priority, a true national emergency that the new government must address together with the social partners urgently and with extraordinary measures," added the CISL leader. "Yet another horrifying workplace fatality involving four workers in Lombardy.
