Torre Annunziata: change at the top of the Carabinieri Group Command, Lieutenant Colonel Francesco Novi new Commander

Torre Annunziata. This morning Lieutenant Colonel Filippo Melchiorre leaves the Command of the Carabinieri Group of Torre Annunziata to assume that of Commander of the Carabinieri Students School of Rome, after three years of intense work characterized by important operational results.
The officer was replaced by Lieutenant Colonel Francesco Novi, 42 years old, who graduated from the Nunziatella Military School, the Military Academy of Modena and the Carabinieri Officers' School of Rome.
Graduated in Law and in Internal and External Security Sciences, he held the position of Commander of the Operational Nucleus of the Rome Trionfale Company, Commander of the Alghero Company, of the Officer Cadets Company of the Military Academy and of the Milan-Duomo Company. In recent years he has been Section Head at the Officer Personnel Office of the General Command of the Force.
