This morning the usual disruptions returned for the many citizens who use Cumana and Circumflegrea. Users who left Quarto station at 8,20:9,27 (approximately) arrived in Montesanto at 20:35 (the average travel time for this route is XNUMX to XNUMX minutes).
Over an hour of misadventures and excessively long stops due to overcrowding and the lack of a "double" train change (as is customary at the same station in Quarto or at Pianura to satisfy the demand of the high number of passengers.
In particular, the users remained crammed in inhumane conditions on the train at Pianura station for a long time without any communication from the EAV operators about their fate.
Only at Soccavo station did the train change take place and the scenes of discontent on the part of the users themselves manifested themselves with shouts and arguments towards the EAV staff who justified themselves by saying that the trains were overcrowded due to a student demonstration.
“We refuse to believe,” the users explain, “that the EAV management was unaware of the aforementioned demonstration and that it failed to arrange for “double” trains to arrive.
A new season begins and the usual problems begin again, now well-known and notorious, not only among customers... and the EAV management is still there." (Davide Brandi)
