An act of vandalism with serious repercussions, because what was damaged was a historic fountain in San Leucio, the work of Angelo Solari, also the author of the Triton Fountain in the same 'Ferdinandopoli'.
The 'criminal' raid took place on Monday evening by some kids who, filming themselves live to post everything on Instagram, seriously damaged the fountain located on the corner of via Planelli, completed in 1794 by Solari himself. The perpetrator of the crazy act in particular was filmed while throwing objects against the fountain, which suffered serious injuries.
The president of the Pro Loco of San Leucio discovered everything, having 'intercepted' the video on Instagram. The essential extract of the raid will be handed over to the police to try to track down the perpetrator of the act of vandalism.
