The "Radio Crc Open Art" project, which sees the radio station's headquarters transformed into an exhibition gallery, kicks off on October 4th. This innovative project, sponsored by Radio Crc, is the first time a radio station in Campania has opened its doors to contemporary art, hosting a prominent figure from the Campania region's contemporary art scene every three weeks. The first to exhibit will be Mariangela Chianese, with 16 of her works, some created specifically for the company, featuring objects from the world of music, including vinyl compact discs transformed into true works of art. The artist has held numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Italy, as well as in Paris, London, and New York. The Vernissage will feature politicians, artists, and singers from the Campania region, along with all of the radio station's speakers. The project was conceived by Mariangela Chianese, who actively works for the station's growth. The participating artists will receive maximum publicity through video and a live radio interview. Also present at the event was the mayor of Mugnano, Luigi Sarnataro: "I thank the Chianese family, who with passion have transformed Radio Crc into a large and important organization. Friday's program is the first in a series of wonderful initiatives that combine music and painting, highlighting the artists of our region."
