It was conceived by Diego Barretta, who has always contributed to improving his city since his adolescence, to empower all the neighborhood's residents. He has always been involved in all the neighborhood's social activities, and his fight against incivility and the Camorra is well known. For about seven years, he has been the admin of the Facebook group "sei del rione sanità se..." (You are from the Sanità district if...") founded by his childhood friend Marco Alborino. After appointing him admin, Alborino immediately took action to grow the group.
