However, this tampering has aggravated the difficulties in the flow of rainwater into the sewers, contributing to the flooding and swamps that also occurred in those areas during the last heavy storms that hit Naples.” This was announced by the regional councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the councilor of the Sole che Ride in the II Municipality Salvatore Iodice. “The problem of cockroaches must certainly be solved, but it is not possible to do so by covering the drains which, in many cases, are already blocked.
