“We continue to receive videos showing people who, during Napoli matches, attempt dangerous climbs to get from the lower to the upper ring. An unacceptable way of doing things which, among other things, is also extremely dangerous. Unfortunately, it is a consolidated habit. Some people arrive at the stadium with the intention of climbing from the lower to the upper sector. There are dozens of cases like those in the video and it would be enough for the scarf used to climb back up to break for a tragedy to occur”. This is what the regional councillor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the host of “La Radiazza” on Radio Marte Gianni Simioli say. “The San Paolo was profoundly renovated for the Universiade but the incivility of some of its visitors is the same as the old one. Unfortunately, in the conception of some individuals, the stadium is a no man's land where any behavior is allowed and tolerated. A clear reversal of the trend on this level is needed. We cannot accept that a property that has undergone a profound restyling should return, within a few months, to a state of degradation".
