DTomorrow, November 29, the Cinema Teatro Armida in Sorrento will host an evening dedicated to Luciano De Crescenzo. Phrases, anecdotes and maxims that have become part of everyday language for “Bellavita, Bellavista. How to learn to live better thanks to Luciano De Crescenzo and Prof. Bellavista”, of which Gianni Simioli is the creator and director.
Simioli, who in addition to being a journalist and radio host, is also an author and talent scout, wanted Clementino at his side in the role of Rapp Attore with the task of proposing the philosophical pills of Professor Bellavista, and Andrea Sannino, one of the representatives of contemporary Neapolitan music. Mauro Spenillo and Pippo Seno will also be on stage. In the hall, instead, Michelangelo Porzio, nephew of Luciano De Crescenzo, will speak, telling anecdotes and sharing memories with the audience. At the end of the show, “Così parlò Bellavista”, De Crescenzo's debut film, a record-breaking box office hit in 1984, will be shown on the big screen. At the same time, in the kitchens of “Basilico Italia”, chef Luigi Zurolo will prepare De Crescenzo's favorite dish: sartù di riso served with hot ragù poured in just before tasting it.
But not only De Crescenzo. In fact, there are several 'tributes' dedicated to icons of the entertainment world, planned in this program of unreleased songs: on January 23 it will be the turn of "Happy Birthday Renato! January 3, 1920 - January 3, 2020: 100 years of CAROSUono". In February, on a date to be defined: "Scusate L'Assenza, tribute to Massimo Troisi"; while the show on March 20 will be dedicated to Pino Daniele, with "Nero a Metà: March 21, 1980 - March 21, 2020, 40 years of a record that is always 'nu guaglione".
