UA two-year-old boy was killed by an ice sculpture at a Christmas market in Luxembourg City on Sunday evening. “The boy was seriously injured and died in the ambulance,” police said. An investigation was launched immediately and all stalls will remain closed today. “The sculpture could not have fallen by itself,” French sculptor Samuel Girault said when questioned by police. Girault has 19 years of experience in sculpting ice and the base of the fallen sculpture weighed two tons. The accident occurred in the immediate vicinity of the ice rink.
