NThis morning the soldiers of the Nola Guardia di Finanza Group, following the
a complex investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nola, have executed a preventive seizure order issued by the GIP at the Court of Nola, also for
equivalent, up to the amount of €465.747,00 against an accountant operating in the Nola area investigated for the crime of false declaration.
In particular, following a tax inspection carried out by the G.di F. Gruppo Nola, it emerged that the professional had submitted false declarations for VAT purposes for the tax years 2014, 2015 and 2016, resulting – thanks to the reporting of non-existent costs in the declaration – in VAT evasion for an amount equal to €465.747,00. Following specific asset and financial investigations aimed at identifying financial resources belonging to the suspect, delegated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Nola, the G.di F. seized sums of money present in current accounts and other financial relationships, as well as movable and immovable assets (land) and company shares attributable to the suspect up to the amount of €465.747,00 unduly subtracted from the Treasury.
Today's operation is a further positive result achieved by the Judicial Authority and the Guardia di Finanza, committed daily to protecting the economic and financial security of the Nola area, in activities aimed at combating the most insidious forms of tax evasion and financial crimes.
