This was said by Maria Teresa Giglio, mother of Tiziana Cantone, the girl who committed suicide in 2016 after an intimate video of her was released. "What happened to Tiziana," the woman said on the sidelines of the inauguration of the red bench in Piazzetta Augusteo, in Napoli in memory of Tiziana – it now serves to save other girls, this is why the association I created is called “Tiziana Cantone for the others”, her death must mean salvation for other women and encourage them to report, because also thanks to the red code the procedures are much quicker”.
