LThe Naples Flying Squad has executed an order implementing the precautionary measure of detention in prison, issued on 25.11.2019 by the GIP of the Court of Naples, against:
ANNUNZIATA Gianluca, born in Naples on 1.12.1991, already detained for another cause,
The investigations coordinated by the Anti-Mafia District Directorate have allowed to outline the role of Annunziata as a member of the commando that, at dawn on September 6, 2015 in Piazza San Vincenzo alla Sanità, carried out the murder of the young Gennaro Cesarano, and the simultaneous attempted murder of four other boys present in the square. For this tragic ambush, light has already been shed on the responsibilities of the clan leader Carlo Lo Russo and some of the members of his fire group.
In particular TORRE Mariano, CUTARELLI Luigi, PERFETTO Ciro and BUONO Antonio have already been subjected to the precautionary measure of prison custody and sentenced with first instance sentence no. 2362/17 confirmed by the Court of Assizes of Appeal with sentence no. 69/19 -.
The measure executed today is based on the investigations carried out by the Flying Squad and on the decisive contribution of the collaborators of justice Lo Russo Carlo (instigator of the crime) and Torre Mariano (material executor).
The recipient of the precautionary measure has already received convictions, not definitive, for associative crimes (as an affiliate of the Lo Russo clan) for extortion aggravated by mafia methods, and was recently reached by a precautionary custody order for the murder of Priore Vincenzo, committed in November 2012 in the Masseria Cardone.
