Tutto ha inizio lunedì sera sulla Strada Statale 7bis in territorio di San Tammaro, verso Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Una zona tenuta sotto controllo dalla polizia che sta monitorando costantemente il traffico di droga nella provincia di Caserta. Gli investigatori, dopo aver visto una manovra sospetta compiuta da un uomo alla guida di una Fiat Punto, che viaggiava a forte velocità, decidono di fermarla per un controllo. All’interno, oltre all’uomo, vi era anche una donna. La perquisizione dell’automobile sortisce gli effetti sperati: in un vano ‘creato ad hoc’ dietro l’alloggiamento del stereo, viene trovata cocaina ed hashish.
The agents then decide to search the house in Succivo where the couple, Adrian G., 28 years old Albanian, and Viktoria M., 30 years old Ukrainian, live. Inside the house, Adrian's brother, Aleksander, 30 years old, is also found. And even in the house the search bears good fruit: inside a cellar belonging to the house, more cocaine is found, together with hashish and marijuana, as well as a clandestine revolver-type gun, with a modified barrel and no distinctive markings.
But that's not all. Because the officers decide to search another car owned by the three arrested, a Volkswagen Golf parked near the house. And here too, this time under the steering wheel, more drugs (hashish) are found. In total, the officers manage to seize 300 grams of cocaine, 82 blocks of hashish (about 8,5 kg), 7 bags of marijuana for about 720 grams, in addition to the cash sum of one thousand euros. The three arrested are declared under arrest and taken to prison in Santa Maria Capua Vetere pending validation.
