The investigation activity that gave rise to the issuing of these provisions dates back to the period between 16 May 2007 and 04 April 2008; in that period, personnel from the Afragola Police Station, following a complex investigative activity, ascertained the existence of an intense drug dealing activity in the area of the Parco Verde di Caivano, carrying out several seizures of illicit substances as a result. More specifically, the group composed of all the people named above, dealt with, with a precise division of roles and tasks, the purchase, packaging and subsequent sale of the substances in question; furthermore, an organization was foreseen to control the territory as well as the accounting of the proceeds deriving from the sale itself. IACCARINO Carmine and RUGGIANO Antonietta were the promoters and organizers of the purchase and sale activity; VACCARELLA Pasquale, promoter, supplied the drugs to the subjects above; RUGGIANO Anna and SALVATI Rosa were responsible for transporting the narcotics and distributing them to the drug dealing areas; ANTONACCIO Carmela guarded the proceeds of the drug dealing activity; ODESCO Raffaele and AMARO Mario were in charge of dealing; CULIERSO Michele, RUGGIANO Anna, CULIERSO Filomena and STORONI Franco were all affiliated with the criminal organization and paid by Ruggiano Antonietta; Storoni also had the task of accompanying the latter to Vaccarella Pasquale for drug supplies; IACCARINO Assunta, IACCARINO Patrizia, IACCARINO Giuseppe, IACCARINO Ernesto, ANDREOZZI Antonio and GELATO Giuseppe, all affiliates participating in the illicit activity as lookouts in order to alert the drug dealers about the possible presence of law enforcement; FUCITO Giovanni, FUCITO Pasquale, FUCITO Rosaria, SALVATI Mario and IACCARINO Angela were the managers of the drug dealing square.
During the above operations, the personnel carried out 17 local search warrants.
