"It is our intention not to limit ourselves to medical conferences applying Narrative Medicine - say Beniamino Casale, head of IPAS Molecular and Immunological Therapies in Oncology at Monaldi and Carlo Negri, partner and administrator of Napolilab, a marketing consultancy firm, organizers of the workshops and the event - but we intend to plan a series of initiatives in the arts aimed at all the people involved in the treatment process and in society that aim to improve the quality of life of those facing an illness and to an ever greater dialogue between health workers, patients and caregivers. This is the first appointment of the project "Communicating with a smile" that we have developed by 'contaminating' biosemiotics, narration, arts and games to train operators and stakeholders with an engaging format that is accessible to all. From January, other initiatives in the artistic field will follow, a series of training workshops and the launch of an online magazine that will deal with the delicate topic of communication in healthcare and well-being, examining pathologies and therapies in a simple language that is accessible to all."
The event is free with mandatory reservation by email to info@napolilab.it or message to 3939888594
