The Carabinieri of the Maddaloni station, assisted by personnel from the Radiomobile Unit of the Maddaloni Company, have arrested three minors (a seventeen-year-old, a sixteen-year-old and a fourteen-year-old) considered to be seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated robbery against a 41-year-old.
The investigations began immediately after the victim, physically attacked by the baby gang, took herself to the hospital in Maddaloni where she was treated for head injuries caused by the use of two sticks tied together with a chain, which were judged to heal in 20 days. The injured party, at the Carabinieri station in Maddaloni, explained how in the late afternoon of December 26 he had met, while he was on board his car, with one of the three minors along a road that connects Maddaloni with Cancello Scalo; with a trick the boy made the victim move to a nearby area where he was physically attacked by the three individuals and forced to hand over the sum of 80 euros.
The complainant, through an immediate photographic recognition, combined with the subsequent seizure by the military of both the weapon used and the clothing worn during the attack, allowed to shed light on the incident allowing to acquire unequivocal evidence of guilt against the aforementioned. The detainees were taken by order of the judicial authority for minors of Naples to the IPA of Colli Aminei.
