Consumers in difficulty are increasing. Konsumer: “We are opening new branches”

After countless requests for assistance in the most diverse areas, by consumers in difficulty, Konsumer has decided for the new year to be close to users whose rights have been violated in an even more effective way.

Vincenzo Ferrante, Vice President of Konsumer Italia and President of the same association in Campania, stated: “We have been fighting alongside consumers for 6 years and given the continuous request for assistance throughout Italy, we will continue to open new branches, increasingly consolidating our presence in the various regional territories. For the new year, we will reintroduce ourselves to consumers with thematic initiatives. We will strengthen our presence throughout the country, with proximity branches for all users in difficulty and we will have the entry into the team of professionals who, according to the spirit of our association, will voluntarily provide their service and experience, with the aim of protecting violated rights. We will remain, as in these years, vigilant on what happens in our territories, free to criticize anyone, because Konsumer has no masters other than its members.”

“As for the Campania region – Ferrante specifies – we will fight even more on the most heartfelt issues in this geographical area. Road safety, transport, sanctity, but we will also address the valorization of cases of excellence, because we are an association that does not only denounce, but proposes solutions and aims to valorize the good that is done throughout the territory.”
