Autostrade Meridionali announces that, at its Board of Directors meeting on December 16, it resolved to challenge in administrative court the decision adopted by the concession holder, the Ministry of Transport (MIT), on November 13 (CIPE Resolution 38/2019 on the method of calculating any net benefits between the expiration of the concession and the effective takeover of a new concessionaire). The notice deemed applicable to the concession agreement for the A3 Naples-Salerno motorway, under the extended concession regime, the provisions of the CIPE resolution published in the Official Journal, which establishes the ECB rate plus 1% as the return on invested capital.
