Charity in Castellammare di Stabia with 'Flashback' at the Maria Ss del Carmine church

On Sunday, December 29th, at 8:00 pm, an evening of music and solidarity will be held with "Flashback: Cat Girace and the Social Guitar Project Live" at the Maria SS del Carmine Parish Church in Castellammare di Stabia (Naples). After three years, the Stabia-based association will return to the historic Carmine location, where over a decade ago the project to hold a pop music concert in the church began, with a different charitable purpose each year. The evening will feature the members of Cat Girace's social guitar project, hosted by Salvatore Ricci, Laura della Monica, and Giorgia Radice. The Castellammare di Stabia artist will perform a show featuring over 40 guitarists of all ages, all students of the same maestro, who will perform in unison, accompanied by the talented musicians of the SGP band and, as always, with the addition of Cat Girace's vocal team, composed of young singers selected from among the most promising talents in Castellammare di Stabia and beyond. This year's new additions will be singer Chiara Zembrino and keyboardist Mario Cannavacciuolo. This year's tracklist will consist of pop/rock classics mixed with current hits. Performers will include Sergio Endrigo, Mariah Carey, Sia, Marracash, and many others. As always, the social guitar project's concert will have a social purpose: the event will include a raffle, with proceeds going to the "One step ahead, what about you?" project. Promoted by the "A braccia aperte" association of Gragnano (Naples), the event is aimed at children with various neurodevelopmental disabilities. The goal is to stimulate relationships among the children, develop their creative and culinary skills, and strengthen their procedural memory and attention span to prepare them for the world of work, through emotions and self-esteem, leading to greater independence. Tickets will be available for purchase throughout the day on the 29th during Mass and during the concert in the church, with a prize draw at the end of the evening.
