The Animalist Party's 'Basta Botti 2019' Campaign Continues Successfully

The “BASTA BOTTI 2019” Campaign of the Italian Animalist Party, which was the tenth national party in the last 2019 European elections, continues in these last ones. After the same campaign at the end of 2018 which had a notable response among the local Administrations, with the keen interest of several Prefectures, the movement has been working for weeks on the new Campaign entitled #BastaBotti2019.

Hundreds of Italian municipalities have joined so far, and, as President Cristiano Ceriello reports, they are implementing bans and fines until January 7th or 10th. These fines, often up to a maximum of €500, are demonstrating the interest and commitment of local authorities to a New Year's Eve free of chaos, indiscriminate firecrackers, and dioxin pollution from fireworks explosions in their area of ​​jurisdiction.

The #BastaBotti2019 initiative also urges citizens to subsequently compensate for the damages caused by the “New Year’s Eve fireworks” and for which the Municipality will therefore be held responsible for “culpa in vigilando”, despite the warnings issued before 31.12.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX. Consequently, the Campaign continues, the warnings to Municipalities and local authorities continue even in the last few hours by the legal and territorial offices of the Italian Animalist Party.
