Fucci: 'Satisfaction for the doubling of Telesina'

I express my deep satisfaction with the approval by the ANAS Board of Directors of the final project and the authorization to carry out the tender for the first lot of the Telesina doubling.
This result represents the crowning achievement of the efforts of the Regional Council chaired by Caldoro, and of which I had the honour of being a part, which planned and allocated funds for the fundamental Samnite arteries that had to be built or expanded in order to free the Sannio from an ancestral isolation.
Thus, within the framework of the interventions of the Campania Region, also on the basis of agreements with the Government and ANAS, the Regional Council chaired by Stefano Caldoro, with resolution no. 650 of 15 December 2014, approved the framework program agreement with the Government and ANAS, signed on 26/02/2015, assigning over 90.000.000,00 euros of the southern plan for the purpose of doubling the Telesina.
I also recall that, within the framework of the Caldoro Council's commitment program for the Sannite roads, the Region had to allocate approximately 80.000.000,00 Euros for the construction of the Valle Caudina-Piano d'Ardine equipped axis (XNUMXrd lot), identified as a strategic work for the purpose of attracting significant investments from the industrial world.
It should not be forgotten, then, the commitment of the Caldoro Council for the construction of the fast-flowing road connecting Benevento to Caserta, proposed and desired by the Caldoro Council, which obtained that the Benevento-Caserta road was not a motorway, to avoid serious environmental and economic impacts, but a fast-flowing axis, devolving, already with resolution no. 377 of 2014, over 60.000.000,00 euros to ANAS, so that it could be included for its construction in the five-year plan 2014/2019, which due to the carelessness of the subsequent Regional Council, no longer chaired by Caldoro, and the equal carelessness of the National Governments that followed, was postponed to the five-year plan 2019/2024, thus worsening the deadly isolation of the Sannio.
I am sure, however, that with the return of Stefano Caldoro to the presidency of the Regional Council of Campania, the construction of the Benevento-Caserta fast-flow axis will be completed.
