The Theater Seeks a Home kicks off the year on Wednesday, January 1st (20 pm) with a new theatrical event at the Solito Posto in Somma Vesuviana. The venue, originally a stable in an old villa, located in one of the most significant towns in the Vesuvius National Park, will host the show "A Night with the Stars and with You," a variety show about theater. Maurizio Murano, the only performer on stage, accompanied on piano by Mariella Pandolfi, will perform a wide range of plays, from Petrolini's Gastone to Leoncavallo's Vesti la giubba, as well as Shakespeare, Pasolini, Valentine, Roberto De Simone, Russo, De Filippo, Viviani, Patroni Griffi, Santanelli, and García Lorca, just some of the stars who will light up the sky during this night of entertainment and music.
“Una Notte con le Stelle e con Te” is a show where the contamination of genres and styles is the supporting structure and where the common thread is only the great and overwhelming love for theater and music. «Una Notte con le Stelle e con Te gives me the opportunity to evoke and pay homage to the masters who have ignited and fueled my lifelong passion for theater, some of whom I have also had the fortune of meeting along the way».
At the end of the show, a dinner prepared by the chef is planned, to spend some more time together chatting and eating good food, as foreseen by the format of the Teatro cerca Casa, which has always encouraged the element of conviviality.
