Cento controlli in mare ed a terra, 13 sanzioni amministrative per oltre 14mila euro, sequestrati 250 chili di prodotto ittico conservato in precarie condizioni igienico sanitarie. Ecco l’esito dei controlli effettuati dalla Guardia Costiera in Cilento, nel mese di dicembre.
Restaurants, fishmongers, street vendors, fish distribution companies, refrigerated vans and fishing boats were checked. The aim is to protect the traceability and labeling of fish products, ensure compliance with hygiene and health standards, and avoid commercial fraud.
