Naples, water bomb on Naples: two women trapped in car on via Cintia saved by firefighters

In via Scarfoglio, Agnano area, an alarming situation was reported due to the complete flooding of the streets preventing traffic. In via Cintia two women were trapped in the car and had to request the intervention of the firefighters to be saved.
"The situation is very worrying as weather events of this magnitude will become more and more frequent, indeed we expect worse, due to the climate changes that are occurring across the planet to which is added too often the poor maintenance or worse the devastation of the territory. Naples and Campania must be prepared and they must do it quickly. A day of rain cannot paralyze entire cities, moreover it is not only a question of roads and transport but also of safety of the roads, structures and infrastructures and consequently of the citizens" declares the Regional Councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli.
