This morning the demolition of an illegal building began, with restoration of the state of the places, located in Casal di Principe. It is an imposing illegal building, under construction (not finished) still in its raw state, on an area of 200 square meters, consisting of a basement, a ground floor, a first and second floor, made up of a vertical load-bearing structure of 19 reinforced concrete pillars and a horizontal structure of latero-concrete floors with a reinforced concrete staircase, externally lined with perforated bricks.
The illegal building, located in via Vecchia di Vico in Casal di Principe, was built by a person known to the police at the time of the events. “It should be emphasized,” explains the head of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere Maria Antonietta Troncone, “the seriousness of the urban planning violation, with a strong environmental impact, deducible from the notable size of the illegal structure built in the total absence of building permits, or in the absence of a building permit and without seismic authorization for the significant structural works carried out. The whole thing was built on land covered by the seismic and non-buildability constraint dictated by the municipal master plan.
