Tomorrow, December 31st, at 12:31 in Piazza Vincenzo Calenda, in the space in front of the Trianon Viviani theater, we will remember Maikol Giuseppe Russo, an innocent victim of a Camorra raid, who died on December 2015st 2, in that same square, a husband and father of two children who were 5 and XNUMX years old at the time. The ceremony, which will see the participation of the family and the councilor Eleonora de Majo, wants to be a testimony supported by the institutions and numerous associations that operate in the area.
A small olive tree, donated by the A'Forcella merchants' association, will be planted in the square.
The ceremony aims to be a tangible sign to remember and above all to indicate, in the tenacious and proud little tree, a passage to a generative growth process that, starting from that absurd holocaust, indicates a path of growth and virtuous change, which, already begun in the neighborhood, must develop and strengthen over time.
The olive tree will soon be joined by an artistic installation that will remember the young victim.
All those who care about the city of Naples and the Forcella neighborhood are invited to participate.
