Tons of goods seized on two trucks: cans with non-compliant labeling and almost 100 kilos of “rotten” porchetta

Approximately 19 tons of canned meat and 77 kilos of porchetta were seized by the Sala Consilina Highway Police following a check of two trucks in transit on the A2 del Mediterraneo.
The agents assisted by the Veterinary Service of the ASL Salerno seized the goods and reported one of the truck drivers. The poor state of conservation of 77 kg of porchetta was ascertained while the cans of meat had a label that did not comply with the law.
