The Municipality of Valle Dell'Angelo, together with Campora, Gioi, Orria, Perito and Stio has joined the POC project "The Valorization of the Millenary Fera della Croce di Stio ed.51ma" creating a partnership around the theme and itineraries of the Fiera della Croce. The complex project, with the artistic direction of Lillo De Marco, intends to propose itself as an event that, through the fusion of itineraries, culture and shows, widespread hospitality, food and wine and culture, can recall the artistic forms and the typical and characterizing aspects of the places that have been influenced by the "crossroads" that the FIERA DELLA CROCE has represented over the centuries.

In Piazza Canonico Iannuzzi, starting at 17,00:18,00 pm, the Christmas markets with typical and artisanal products; at XNUMX:XNUMX pm in the council chamber, greetings from the mayor Salvatore Iannuzzi and followed by the theatrical performance “THE RECIPE OF A HUNDRED YEARS – ANCEL KEYS” by the Cilento artists associated theatre company with a show that addresses the issue of proper nutrition and the Mediterranean diet.
Giuseppe Brancato, in the role of Ancel Keys, Alina Di Polito his wife Margaret, Simona La Porta, the cook Delia and Antonio Apadula, the gardener Angelo, will lead the spectators to understand the inspiring principles of the "food pyramid" and the Mediterranean lifestyle that distinguishes healthy eating; to follow for all the participants, free tasting of Parmarieddo, that is, homemade pasta dumplings made with four fingers whose shape evokes the olive leaf and which were consumed on Palm Sunday.
