The OP CONFOLIVA, in collaboration with Confagricoltura di Salerno, organizes an Introduction Course to the tasting of Olive Oils and Table Olives. The event will be held in Palinuro, at the Villaggio degli Olivi (Corso Carlo Pisacane, 171), starting at 9.00:18 on Saturday XNUMX January.
The course will be introduced by the president of OP CONFOLIVA, Pier Luigi Silvestri; a course on the valorization, correct knowledge and use of olives will follow, held by Raffaele Sacchi, of the Federico II University of Naples, with evidence of production by the companies Forno Antico of San Mauro La Bruca (SA) and the Country House La Contadina of Alfano (SA).
At the end of the event, a buffet of typical products will be offered with a demonstration of how to make the typical mozzarella in the mortella.
