This morning, in Caserta, the Carabinieri of the Operations Section of the Marcianise Company arrested, for aggravated theft, FF cl. 72, from San Nicola La Strada (Ce) and MA cl. 84, from Santa Maria a Vico (Ce). The two were responsible for the theft of 46 cartons containing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, of various types, taken from the warehouse of a company, based in Caserta, where they work.
In particular, the Carabinieri, following the complaint filed by the company administrator for missing goods from the warehouse, which occurred in December 2019, carried out a prolonged observation service at the end of which they noticed the two individuals loading cartons of drinks onto a Fiat Iveco van, previously partially loaded with material for regular distribution, and moving away.
They were stopped not far from the warehouse and were found in possession of the stolen material. During the search, one of the two arrested employees was found in possession of the key to access the warehouse, which had been previously stolen. The goods found were returned to the rightful owner. The arrested will be judged with a direct trial
