After the vandalism of the Christmas tree installed at the Galleria Umberto in Naples, it seems that the baby gangs have been unleashed in the city, raiding trees that will be used for the fire in honor of the feast of Saint Anthony.
In a video recorded by a citizen, you can see some kids dragging a tree in broad daylight in Piazza Matteotti without anyone stopping them; in another, filmed in the Forcella area, you can see a vase from which a tree has been uprooted, carried away again by a group of kids.
"The baby gangs are going wild, raiding Christmas trees to make illegal and dangerous memorial stones. Many actions even take place during the day before the incredulous eyes of citizens and tourists. We must stop this barbaric and uncivilized tradition that is a gateway to the world of crime. Where are the parents of these kids? We must act on them too before the children." - declared the Regional Councilor of the Greens Francesco Emilio Borrelli.
