Three people involved, already known to the judicial authorities, who have been reported and who are also charged with the hypothesis of attack on public health.

At the sight of the fast boat A56 of the Coast Guard of Castellammare di Stabia, the three criminals threw the collected molluscs contained in two nets into the water. However, the military made the diver resurface and found two bags full of clams. The poisoned clams from the Sarno mouth were ready to end up on the tables of the Campanians for the New Year's Eve dinner.
