Despite the holiday, which still included three performances, the Circus directed by Vinicio Canestrelli Togni decided to visit the children hospitalized at Santobono Hospital with its clowns. It was a festive morning in a health facility, with children made happy despite their hospital stays thanks to the support received from the Circus Togni staff. The clowns performed live for their young audience. The parents were thrilled, and the healthcare staff applauded the initiative. Vinicio Canestrelli is no stranger to these initiatives, and his social and artistic commitment is strong. An internationally renowned artistic director, the son of Lidia Togni and Riccardo Canestrelli, he was also honored by Princess Stephanie. The historic Circus Togni boasts its roots in 1872, founded by Aristede Canestrelli. Among the third generation of Togni descendants is Lidia Togni, a fearless trapeze artist who married trainer Riccardo Canestrelli, and they had three children: Davide, Liviana, and Vinicio, now known as one of Europe's leading tamers. Vinicio won the Silver Clown Award in 2014 and the Presidential Medal at the Latina Festival.
